Born in 1991, film director and scriptwriter Marija Kavtaradzė graduated from Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre, Film Directing studies in 2014. One of her latest short fiction film I’mTwenty Something, 2014 won best student film at Lithuanian Film Academy Awards Silver Crane 2015. Marija Kavtaradzė also co-written the feature film The Saint dir. Andrius Blazevicius, that M-Films also produced, which was premiered at Busan IFF and Warsaw ISFF in 2016, later on had a theatrical release in Lithuania in 2017, with the box office of more than 250 000 Eur. Marija Kavtaradze was granted support from Lithuanian Film Centre for her debut feature film Summer Survivors.

Jurgis Matulevičius (b. 1989) is a director, screenwriter and editor form Vilnius, Lithuania. He graduated from the Lithuanian Music and Theatre Academy with a degree in film directing. Jurgis has worked with well-known Lithuanian film directors Šarūnas Bartas, Algimantas Puipa and others. He recently made 4 short films: “Absurd People” (2011), “Anima Animus” (2012), “Victim” (2013), “Interrogator” (2015) that were seen and evaluated well by critics, festivals and audiences in Lithuania and abroad. “Isaac” is his first feature. Currently he is working on a short documentary “The Golden Flask” where he is a Director of Photography as well.

Tillotama Shome is an Indian film actress. She was nominated for Best Supporting Actress at the 63rd Filmfare Awards for her role in A Death In The Gunj.
Born in Kolkata, India, Shome grew up all over India since her father was with the Indian Air Force. She went to Delhi’s Lady Shri Ram College and became a part of Arvind Gaur‘s Asmita theatre group. She moved to New York in the Autumn of 2004 for a master’s programme in educational theatre at New York University, where she remained until visiting Mumbai on holiday in February 2008. Thereafter, she took up residence in Mumbai and, after completing some outstanding projects in New York, she returned to India in May 2008. In New York, she also taught theatre to murder convicts at a high security US prison.

Kani was born in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, to social activist and rationalist parents Jayasree AK and Maitreya Maitreyan. Her parents had dropped their last names to erase the social hierarchy marker that comes with last names in India. At 15, she invented her last name “Kusruti” (meaning “mischievous” in Malayalam) to fill in a requirement in her class 10th exam application. She grew up in Thiruvananthapuram, where she got introduced to the Abhinaya Theatre Research Centre, “a common platform for theatre practitioners”. She later moved to Thrissur, where she enrolled in the theatre arts program at the Thrissur Drama School, between 2005 and 2007. She completed her theatre education at the L’École Internationale de Théâtre Jacques Lecoq, where she studied physical theatre for two years.

Daniyar also played the leading part in Yerzhanov’s recently made new feature (working title “Herd Immunity”, currently in post-production). In 2020 Alshinov won “Best Actor” prize at the “Critics’ Choice”, the leading Kazakh independent film awards helmed by the Film Critics’ Association of Kazakhstan.
