Imagineindia will show 4 films of the hungarian director Miklós Jancsó at Filmoteca de Catalonia (Barcelona). At the same time Imagineindia continues with the screenings of the Retrospective of Dariush Mehrjui at Cines Girona, Barcelona. Every saturday at 20.00 h.

From tomorrow, 20th June, Imagineindia in collaboration with Casa Asia will screen 6 films from Iran, 4 of them of the director Dariush Mehrjui.
The films will be shown at Cines Girona every saturday. 20.00 h
On Sunday, 31st May, came to its conclusion the 14th edition of Imagineindia International Film Festival with the presentation of the awards, words of the guests and the screening of the film Jai Ho, a biography on the Oscar-winning Indian musician A.R.Rahman. The final act of the festival took place at Filmoteca Española with the assistance of numerous personalities of Spanish cinema.
During 16 days the festival has shown 41 works from 11 countries, in five venues, with almost all the sessions sold out. A huge success. People still flocking to the venues when the price is affordable.
The Gala was attended by of JoseMi Carmona, Elena Ballesteros, Sara Casasnovas, Yolanda Font, Marimar Laveda (Qatar Airways), Mayte Ariza (Coach of Rossy de Palma), Marta Gómez, Pilar Torre (MCU), István Benyhe (Embassy of Hungary), Alicia Lledó (Kamala productions), Luis Miguel (Pulsonic), among others.
Pilar Sánchez, Sara Casasnovas and Yolanda Font announced the awards.
Imagineindia will return next year on the same dates with new films and new stars and secured emotions.
