Amador, an ex-convict who is reintegrating into society, tries to strengthen ties with his son, Olmo, who is on his way to making the same mistakes that put him in prison.

Mario Mariño Luezas and José Manuel Manero met at the ECAM Film School, during their years in the Film Directing Diploma. They strengthen ties and develop a great friendship. They share interests in similar themes and film genres. Both are attracted to characters who, despite their intention to redeem themselves, end up doomed to tragic ends. Together they direct Mala Sangre, a film that tells the story of Amador and Olmo. With this fiction film they want to narrate the sacrifice of a father for his son.
