In the small Himalayan village of Halduwala, near Dehradun, Basanti (59) runs a tailoring shop with her young granddaughter, Ginny (9). When Anupama (39), a newcomer to the village, requests Basanti to repurpose old clothes into cushion covers, bedsheets, and bags, Ginny becomes attached to a t-shirt designated for recycling. As Basanti teaches Ginny about the importance of honoring commitments and recycling, she discovers that the t-shirt belongs to Anupama’s son and is his favorite. Struggling to balance her love for her granddaughter with her promise to Anupama, Basanti must find a way to resolve the situation that respects both her familial bond and her commitment to sustainability.

Born in 1989 in Tehran, I began my professional music career at the age of 19 in Iran, working as a studio bassist. This early experience led me to explore a wide range of musical styles, from pop and underground rock to traditional Iranian music and contemporary classical works, including collaborations with the Tehran Symphony Orchestra.

She has been nominated for Best Actress for the film Wanderer (Mikhail Shevchuk) Russia. The film has got 10 Nominations.

Anastasiia Shevchuk is a Russian theatre and film actress.
She was born in Moscow on 14 May 1998. At school she studied music and choreography in depth, and additionally studied piano.
Attended the theatre studio “Little Moon” at the Theatre on Malaya Ordynka, and then for 10 years played in the theatre itself. For her role in “The Tale of the Queen of the Night” young actress was awarded the prize of audience sympathy. Also worked in the theatre “Hermitage”.

Women behind the Short Ru Ba Ru (Kapil Tanwar)

Anvita Gupta is a Singapore- and India-based multipotentialite—an actor, writer, and producer with a dynamic background in marketing, editorial, and advertising. After earning a degree in Marketing and Communication, she began her career as an Account Manager with JWT Singapore (Frito Lay division) and later wrote for Cosmopolitan magazine. Despite a thriving corporate career, Anvita pivoted toward her true passion: storytelling.
Her transition into film began with Indian-led productions in Singapore, where she quickly became known for her ability to seamlessly take on multiple creative and logistical roles—production manager, second unit assistant director, and costume stylist. Her breakout behind-the-scenes project, Bin Bulaaye starring Naseeruddin Shah and Ira Dubey, premiered at Jio MAMI 2019 and received a Filmfare nomination in 2020. She followed this with supporting roles to acclaimed series and features including 4 More Shots Please (Season 2), Paatal Lok (Season 1), and key production and acting contributions to Before Life After Death, now streaming on Netflix APAC.

Abhishek Patil, nominated for Best Sound Design at Imagineindia 2025

He has been nominated for Best Sound Design for the film In Aajoor (Aaryan Chandra Prakash) India at the 2025 edition of Imagineindia.

Abhishek Patil is a trained location sound recordist and sound designer from the prestigious Satyajit Ray Film and Television Institute (SRFTI), Kolkata. Passionate about audio storytelling, he has contributed to numerous student films, independent features, and documentaries, many of which have been recognised at leading film festivals across
India.
His work includes D Grade Se A Grade Tak, officially selected at MAMI Mumbai Film Festival, MIFF, and BIFFes, and The Mobius Strip, screened at IDSFFK. As a sound designer, his documentary Flow of Time was showcased at the 8th Busan Intercity Film Festival.

Hyun-woo became even more worried about the health of the child in his wife Ji-eun’s womb after she suddenly collapsed. However, Ji-eun’s firm decision to keep the baby put Hyun-woo in an even more difficult position. At the hospital, he encountered a young boy who was also suffering from illness. Feeling the boy’s pain, Hyun-woo ended up obtaining a drug that could induce a miscarriage from him. Initially planning to secretly end the child’s life, Hyun-woo had a change of heart in the face of Ji-eun’s sincere maternal love and ultimately stopped her from consuming the food containing the drug.
