MARIA RIVAL

Born in Moscow in 1984. Graduated from the Boris Shchukin Theatre Institute as a theatre and film actress. Since 2008, she has been an actress at the Vakhtangov Theatre. In 2023, she joined Gennady Ostrovsky’s screenwriting and directing workshop at the Moscow School of New Cinema, where she wrote and directed the film “Syncopation”. She lives and works in Moscow.
