Félix started his career as a filmmaker with comedies like Perdona Bonita, but Lucas wanted me or El Grito en el cielo and his first television series, the sit-com Quitate tú pa ́ ponme yo, for Telecinco. He combines his film career with his line of work in television for which he has written and directed, in addition to many entertainment formats, many other fiction products such as the series Mujeres, produced by the Almodóvar factory for TVE and also sold to RAI. He also owes the third title of his filmography, Descongélate, to the Almodóvar brothers.

His career has continued releasing titles as a screenwriter and director, up to a total of eight feature films: The Naked Years, The Interior Island or The Time of the Monsters or the Spanish-Mexican comedy Canta y no llores. All of his films have toured numerous international festivals around the world and garnered public success, awards and critical support.

Félix Sabroso has been head of fiction content at Mediaset Spain, supervising the development and production of more than a dozen series for just over three years. Afterwards, he continued with his television career, working on the development of projects for Zeta studios, Mod productions, plane to plane or Producciones Mandarina. He has been a scriptwriter on the team of the series Veneno de Los Javis for A3 media Player. In 2022, he directed and executive produced the eight-episode series Mentiras Pasajeras, also produced by El Deseo. He is currently in the post-production process of the series FURIA that he created and directed for HBOMAX and which will premiere in 2025.
Félix Sabroso is also the author and director of a few hits on the Spanish theatrical billboard and has also released his titles in Buenos Aires, Brazil, Chile and Miami.
